Our client approached us with a request to build a customized web retail platform from the ground up. We were required to create a highly secure and scalable infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, incorporate user-friendly features such as loyalty programs, gift vouchers, and return management, and seamlessly integrate a Magento 2 payment system with a three-step checkout process that includes detailed fraud detection with customized rules. Additionally, we implemented features that enable customers to earn and redeem loyalty points, and utilized AI-powered content personalization with multi-warehouse support to ensure smooth global shipping.
